The mission of the Sanctuary Assisted Living facility is to provide an affordable apartment and healthcare services to the residents of the Springboro, Warren County and Montgomery County area. Through creative financing, Sanctuary can offer full service assisted living at rates 20% below what is found in the local market. We offer qualified Veterans a further discount from the base monthly rate of several hundred dollars. Finally, we have a limited number of units that are available to Medicaid qualified individuals and couples.
